Highland Real Estate Partners

We are a full-service professional property management and investment company focused on the Chicagoland, Salt Lake City and Tucson markets. As of today, we manage approximately one thousand units across our portfolio. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with a high quality of living at a reasonable price.


Highland Real Estate Partners is an owner-operator – our dedicated professional staff manages every apartment directly. We are not a rental agency and we do not utilize 3rd party property managers. Our offices and staff are located within close proximity to our properties to make your living experience with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible.


We offer a wide variety of housing options, from updated vintage units to single family residences. We know that Highland Partners will have the perfect property for you to call home.

EVANSTON & CHICAGO

We have operated in Evanston and the Northside of Chicago since 1999 and have grown to become a large provider of boutique off-campus housing near Northwestern University in Evanston and Loyola University in Rogers Park. We own multifamily residential units in the Evanston, Rogers Park, Edgewater, and Lakeview areas of Greater Chicagoland. Our Chicago property management office is located at 917 Foster Street in Evanston, IL and we are always available to serve the needs of our tenants.

SALT LAKE CITY & OGDEN

Highland Real Estate Partners has operated in Salt Lake City and Ogden, Utah since 2019 and we have quickly grown our presence in these markets. We manage approximately two hundred apartments in Greater Salt Lake City and have dedicated property management and maintenance professionals to serve the needs of our residents. 

TUCSON

Highland opened our Tucson office in 2023 and are excited to provide affordable housing options to our Arizona residents. We plan to expand our team and real estate holdings in the market over the coming months.
